Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in a 4 -5 star Front Office department;
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service;
- Friendly, courteous and professional manner;
- Meticulous presentation & grooming standards;
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required;
- Previous experience using the Maxial computer system will be highly regarded;
