8:00am When I arrive at work, it's time to familiarise myself with our VIP guests. It's my job to meet their every need; and my first task for the day is to deliver their breakfast trays. Once I've done this, and they're all happy, I move onto organising the rooms of our arrival guests for the day. I check the rooms to make sure they're in perfect condition, chill their wine and leave an arrival fruit platter for them.
10:00am I collect the luggage from the rooms of our guests who are leaving and deliver their accounts so they can review them. Part of the VIP service I provide is taking our guests discreetly to and from the airport. So off I go!
At the airport, I welcome my arriving guests, help them with their luggage and take them to the resort. Once we arrive, I transfer them and their luggage to my VIP buggy and give them a guided tour of the resort and its facilities. I then take them to their room and settle them in. The Resort has a long list of personal valet services available to our VIP guests - so I tell them about the things we offer and ensure they know where to find me.
1:00pm One of my guests wants an interstate newspaper, so I head off to the local newsagency to get them one. Our guests might request anything from a tour booking, some shopping or even a special pillow from our pillow menu. Whatever they require, I'm here to help.
3:00pm It's almost the end of my day, so it's time to get organised for tomorrow and make sure my store room is filled and ready for another day of VIP assistance. Before I finish, I deliver a selection of canapés to each of my rooms for the day and attend to any final requests.
5:00pm Well that's it for another day! I've spent most of it running around in my buggy, so it's time to head off home and enjoy the beauty of Broome!
